One you complete the Trial Agreement Form please send it as an attachment in the contact form below. 
We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Important to know:

• You will receive a $20 gift card at the end of the trial
• A short interview about your experience with our SiteLites will be conducted post-trial (can be done over the phone)
• We will come by the location specified on the Trial Period Form to take pictures of our products being used by you or your employees (should not take longer than 30 minutes)
• Only one SiteLite product may be used during the trial run at a time. If you would like to try out another SiteLite model, please apply for another trial.
• 75% of the chosen product's price will be frozen on the credit card you provide for the duration of your trial, as a security deposit. Once the trial is over, the amount frozen on your credit card will immediately be released.
• The trial duration is for one week and products must be returned without damage beyond simple cosmetic wear and tear
